Pennsylvania voters will select a successor to Governor Ed Rendell, who is term-limited. Pennsylvania will vote also to replace Senator Arlen Specter, the former Republican who lost the Democratic primary to Joe Sestak, and may still run as an Independent. As usual, all 19 House seats are also up for re-election campaigns.
